  • Are pets allowed?
    Of course, your pets are just another guest for us. We allow dogs and cats up to 5 kilos with an additional cost per night and limited to one pet per room.
  • What is the price of the car park?
    You can hire a parking space in our private car park with your room, which can be booked in advance by telephone or email. We accept a maximum of 1 parking reservation per room at an additional cost per night.
  • What are the check-in and check-out times?
    Check-in is from 15:00pm and check-out until 12:00am. There is the possibility of Early Check-In and Late Check-Out at an additional cost, subject to availability depending on hotel occupancy.
  • Is the hotel closed at night?
    No, the reception is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Can I check-in online before arriving at the hotel?
    Yes, together with your booking confirmation you will receive a link to check-in. In addition, we advise our guests to check-in online, as this way we can offer you a more personalised welcome at the hotel and reduce possible waiting times.
  • Are children allowed in the hotel?
    The hotel is reserved for adults only, in order to ensure an unparalleled experience of luxury and serenity.
  • What are the options available in terms of bed types?
    Two options are available: Double bed (180x200) or two single beds (2x0.90). The allocation of the type of bed in the room is subject to availability. Please specify when booking, and we will do our best to provide you with a room of your choice.
  • Is breakfast service offered?
    Yes, a combination of buffet and à la carte breakfast is offered at a cost of 17€ per person.
  • Can I access the Rooftop Lounge & Bar if I am not staying at the hotel?
    No, it is exclusively for hotel guests or for private events.
  • Can I access the Albades Restaurant if I am not staying at the hotel?
    Yes, although we recommend that you make a reservation in advance to guarantee a place in our restaurant.
  • What facilities does the Spa have?
    Indoor swimming pool, Finnish Sauna and Hammam. You can also hire different services such as massages, facial treatments...
  • Do you have room service?
    Yes, for most of the day. You can call reception and we will bring it to your room.
  • What is the cancellation policy of the reservation?
    Cancellation depends on the type of booking you have made, i.e. whether it is a refundable rate or a non-cancellable rate. It also depends on the time of the year (holidays, events...).
  • Do you provide transfer services from the train station or airport?
    We offer transfers from Castellón train station, Castellón airport and Valencia airport, at an additional cost. You can contract it before your stay by e-mail.
  • Do you provide a safe in the room?
    Yes, in all rooms regardless of category, at no additional cost with a numerical password inside the built-in wardrobe.
  • Is there air conditioning in the room?
    Yes, both air conditioning and heating in the rooms and in the common areas. The rooms also have a fan.
  • What is the breakfast timetable?
    Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7.30 am to 10.30 am and weekends from 8.00 am to 11.00 am.
  • Do you offer extra towels for the swimming pool?
    Yes, they can be found inside the built-in wardrobe in all rooms.
